What quality of service should I expect from Mr Green?

Everyone that is part of Mr Green is a business owner. They are committed, motivated and have a genuine drive to provide their customers with quality service. Our aim is to provide our customers with a high quality cleaning service that is consistent and responsive. These three words form the basis of our customer relations strategy. The Master franchise owners support the teams by providing training, advising and managing invoicing and accounts. They are readily available to both the franchise teams and to Mr Green clients to help solve problems and to ensure the franchise teams have what they need to provide a high quality service.

Are Mr Green franchisees security checked?

Yes. They must be able to pass a comprehensive security check, and prior to starting out on their own complete a comprehensive training program.

Mr Green is registered with the Ministry of Justice, this enables us to complete Ministry of Justice criminal record checks on behalf of our franchisees. Criminal Record checks cover traffic and a person's criminal record. These checks are mandatory for all Mr Green franchisees and their staff.

Are Mr Green franchise teams insured?

All our franchise teams hold comprehensive Public Liability insurance through Target Insurance. Target Insurance is part of the wider Rothbury Group who have been protecting New Zealanders since 1950. Public Liability insurance is a “must have'' for all our franchisees.

What practices does Mr Green use to reduce the spread of germs?

Mr Green teams are provided with ongoing training and support. Training takes the form of hands-on training as well as industry recognised training. We follow best practice guidelines as provided by the Ministry of Health or the Ministry of Education. Mr Green uses industry proven cleaning solutions and uses colour coded cloths to help to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Colour coded cleaning is the process of assigning colours to cleaning equipment in order to reduce the spread of germs and disease and increase the hygiene in your business or home.
